Technical indicators don't work all the time.
When this fell from $2.00 to $0.18, none of the support lines meant anything. RSI runs under 20 for more than a month. We are now only 3 days over 80 on RSI. In fact in uptrend market, you get better returns buying stocks with RSI>80.
