Todays covid world money is very cheap!! interest rate is negative in may places. So, money will not be a problem.
I never thought Aus government will pay you $25K for building second home!!
Since GFC I have observed, people are getting rich, the world have more billionaires now than pre GFC. I am pretty sure after covid crisis we will have more billionaires.
Money will not be an issue, Russians know what is going to happen with China and coal!!
