one thought is that we have one fund that wants to get out, they own 32% of TIG, and i cant imagine they are interested in .007 if they are behind it then they are perhaps using a proxy to bring up the share price
imho its extremely suspect, the actual announcement was previously made in the quarterly, it was a replication what was in the quarterly.
i am sure the company secretary is looking into this very closely
