no one just looks at the ecg alone, they do other tests

if cardiologists only picks up above 50% of the cases they need retraining, there would be a lot of f-ups out there

one need to understand that any clinical situation is dynamic and monitoted with presciption of medications and serial ecgs (not just one)

again, at the cost of repeating myself, cpi is great to improve yield and i hope it gets incorporated into ecgs but all imsaying is dont hold your breath, the cardiology community will survive very well with or without it
