It's starting to look like the carrot might come in the form of Tata news. As time goes on it becomes more likely that the closing date of the SPP will fall AFTER the Tata final milestone meeting. Good news from Wales would almost certainly produce a big rebound (way past 65c) and deliver a nice little windfall for SPP participants.
Just a theory. Probably way off. Again.
