According to your many posts you’re actually in a position to significantly influence an outcome that delivers your desire for the company, yet you don’t act, ever.
Your insights and opinions are often detailed and interesting; however why come here to ridicule and denigrate people, particularly if you actually have the capacity to be more than a keyboard warrior.
Back your words with action, or if you can’t, or won’t, then at the very least raise your standards.
