miles...what possible relevance is it if he was or wasnt in breach of any Australian laws??
He wasnt caught here or anywhere where our laws matter.
He was caught in a combatant role in a theater of war armed against another country at war
Not us.
So the issue of the Australian law is irrelevant unless you bring him back here.
Which some of you (a handful) would just love for reasons that absolutely escape me other than its totally political.
