If you are referring to the photo of him with a used rocket launcher on his shoulder then look at the whole picture , there were a number of guys in the expanded photo posing for a photo probably to shows friends back home. Whether he did or did not want to fight I do not know but he should be tried at home in our legal system. It is my opinion this Hicks case is all a sham for the US. Bring hicks home and put him in front of Australian Courts and let them judge. No one deserves to be caged without charge for as long as he has.
