PLS have another set of issues, they are now however dragging on us badly, as we'll be seen as a "similar" operation (hard-rock spodumene in WA), perceived subject to all their failures.
PLS have no mine, and currently have no funding pathway, and it appears expertise to build a mine and plant. Those are not trivial exercises.
Cattlin was already in existence which was a huge advantage.
