Hidden Gem 4CE, page-287

I - like many others - am awaiting to see this DD. If there is any substance to be played with.

So far this "Hidden Gem" has been running hot air, arrogantly speculating on an other entity's painstakingly proven track record, hoping to set up shop and cash in on the neighbour's infrastructure.

I cannot know what will finally surface, yet at this stage some modesty and objectivity would be appreciated.

Sometimes these forums can disappoint.

Not downramping, no. Just a little annoyed with the yay-yay mentality, that can be misleading for some people,

I might even come on-board if DD comes out good.
