I have always been wanting to enter into the cybersecurity space as I missed out entering at the ultimate bottom, but no one is God here. Hindsight is always 20/20 too. I then spent most of my time recently to research more on counters like FZO, WHK, TNT, VOR, AR9 and other cybersecurity stocks in foreign markets too.

Let's talk about management first as I always go after s solid management when it comes to any stock pick. Terry Roberts is the Rounder/President/CEO for the company. Her work experiences, if you realised as well is all in the cyber space since the beginning. This can be concluded that she is the right person to run the business and have the connections to bring in more deals and partnership. I have a strong feeling that the US Government is engaging Whitehawk because of Terry.https://hotcopper.com.au/data/attachments/2451/2451802-d6cf8508bfde90b52a6b03455c3adb11.jpg

Let's see Terry's education too if she is the right person to run the business too, knowledge is key after all. Looking at her education, she does have a good educational background about Cyber and Intelligence knowledge. To me, we could not have a better leader.

Besides, Terry, I see that our CFO has got experiences in his field of accounting and finance too. The BOD and management seem to me well experienced to bring WHK to greater heights.

Yes, the company is small, new and young with little to not much track records. Just like Tesla and Amazon were once small and turned big right now. I like finding such gems at times and ride the wave with them all the way. We all know that hackers are around the world, more and more cyber attacks every single day. Many are not reported as well. I do believe there is much more growth for this industry and a much more growth potential too. However, it is important to find a good stock in the industry. If one is lazy, no harm buying the bellwether, WHK is not. WHK is just a business in this industry doing something the rest isn't. The company is the first cybersecurity exchange.

A bit on WHK (Can be found at https://www.whitehawk.com/Why-WhiteHawk): At WhiteHawk we drive to enable small and midsize businesses globally to take immediate action to protect their company and customers against low to mid-level cyber crime, fraud, and disruption. We use machine learning and cyber know to help you discover, learn, receive immediate online matches to top solutions, find insights, affordable vendor products and services, or chat with smart cyber advisors in real-time, so you can own your cyber risk and success story.

Next, moving on to see if Whitehawk as a company is really growing or just always painting a rosy picture for its investors like myself. I dug further and found that the company is always constantly seeking to hire more staff. I read more reports too that more contracts are coming in its pipeline. When? I honestly do not know as I am not an insider and do not wish to time the market.Take a look to see if you wanna join the company and work with them!

Operating cash flow we see right now has improved >50% though still negative. Revenue up 105% from recent earnings, more to come as I am following very closely with the company's progress. I expect OCF to be positive by next year, profitability within 3-5 years. Let's see. Anyway, if the company is constantly growing in revenue, having more deals and partnerships, I will let them do what is best. Knowing that TNT's way is acquisition, buying over smaller firms will not make them turn profitable fast, they are doing good too but I do not own them.

WHK as a SaaS company with having AI in its business is the way to go and prepare themselves in the upcoming digital world as we transform in today's world. I do see lots of growth in this small company and management should be smart enough to not have it taken over which I do not see this coming after doing more research on Terry.

Meanwhile, I am trying to talk to the company to find out even more about the company business even more. I found out that WHK is cheaper compared to other companies in terms in current valuation and entered today to have a slice of the pie. Will be adding this stock in my coffee can portfolio. Do comment your thoughts and would love to hear your sharing. Cheers!
