ZGL might not be the sexiest company,or one with the most attractive chart pattern,yet I hold a large parcel based purely on shear qualities ( which is against my grain).Here are the positives. (1)Diversified engineering business. (2)solid balance sheet. (3)paying dividends. (4)recent attractive aquisitions that may propel it skyward. (5)tightly held (top 20 more than 70%, MD holds 34%) . (6)current share buyback,which is rare in this climate. AS to the negatives......I cant find any,I would honestly welcome any negative feedback. Cheers.
