I think praemium is a hidden gem.Company is capitalized at 60 million,should have close to 10 million in the bank at the end of june 2014.Recently they signed a deal with dah sing bank(70 branches in hong kong and china and won a legal case worth over$ 700,000 ).From what i am hearing from my broker the company is doing very well in australia and gaining alot of traction in the uk .I believe it will not be long before this company will be on the takeover target list.
