Crisis = Opportunity! Cashless means uou get a lot more punters signing up for rewards, emails and promotions. Customers become stickier, you upsell to them, retain more cash in prepaid cards and have better visibility of your customer base through tracking / analytics. It is not entirely bad imo & a bourban and coke or a beer will still set you back around $14 and a kilo of wings in the sports bar is $25, Louis Vuitton margins imo lol
