A takeover (who would be foolish enough to target SGR as such?) involves not only the assets (ignore the book values, and almost worthless Casino license if not forfeited, and those declining revenues), but the accruing liabilities and potential liabilities, very much knowns and unknowns (Donald Rumsfeld speak).
