Star raised $750M at 60c .
since that time it rose to as much as 66c but today hit as low as 49c (18% below the cap raise price with very little price sensitive news since the cap raise)
the biggest daily trade is only around $20 mil in the last month so it seems to be manipulation. seller and buyer could be the same entity to drive fear in the market and buy the stock cheaper
also no notice of change of major holder
