Excuse me for the nipple like circles haha. The last 3 dot points are very compelling to me that TMG is imminently about to sign not one but multiple land access agreements at the same time. This along with Andre joining, a designed drill program and them signing a purchase agreement to buy property means they are in full development mode and that everything could drop at once. A nice strategy to announce all land access at once so no one strongholds you as the last landowner could have more power demanding more money, and could be negated if they are all signed and announced together which it.
It also appears that TMG already have land access for crown land which covers a very large part of EL6833, importantly the western end of the WCC deposit. They mentioned they designed a drill program, would be interesting to know if this covers crown land and the western extension for them to increase the resource on that front.
Yes this is very positive news is my take.
