the important question for a company such as RSL why would the former head geologist from Olympic Dam come aboard, he obviously knows there is plenty of potential here.

given the employment tightness in the Mining sector he could have set his price and everybody would be jumping to get him, he must be very confident of the prospects of RSL, knowing he would be getting paid a hell of alot more elsewhere.
