As CAJ say they view changes and reduction in this area as inevitable, fortunately the large bulk of it is still refunded by Medicare. This news is factored into the SP now I believe.
Whilst it is not great for CAJ people will get used to it and accept it and if you need a CAT or an MRI you generally need it. The consumer will just end up paying more, this will hurt other sectors as well as CAJ such as consumer discretionary and so on, perhaps more so.
IF any if this passes the senate that is.
