I beg to differ, price goes up and brings out the hidden stocks, it happened in the 2000s and before and it will happen again. Question is, how much is out there. some think there is more than what's
in the LME. in the long run it wont matter but in the short to medium term it will negate some of the deficit for an unknown time. .
