Well - perhaps you are completely unaware.... But it's quite usual for a 2 week period (either July or August) for European manufacturers to shut their factories for 2 weeks, so all their employees go on holiday at the same time, a coordinated holiday during summer school holidays, so they don't lose production for every week of summer, but just a complete close-down for a 2 week period.

This is usually anticipated. With Zinc being such a massive component in car and construction products, two of the biggest industries which do observe these summer shutdowns, I wouldn't be surprised if that is why we've seen an increase in the LME stock of this short period.

It's really not rocket science and if you did a bit of research you'd find the answers rather than other posters spoon feeding you.
