All the calculations of value for the headco are in section 6.4 of the independent expert's report. It's all there in black and white. The cash alone is roughly equivalent to today's share price.
The other gem is the equity in Redbank power station which has both long term debt and a locked in power purchase agreement with Energy Australia - so that it looks like a cash cow.
