The further away the better in their mind.... of course they are going to take that option of holding in HK. But there are many other ways to skin a cat......

1) Dial -in facilities should be made available on the day
2) Written requests for issues/questions to be addressed at the meeting should be accepted and acknowledged by the company
3) Sending a representative/delegate along to the meeting... someone you may know that is living in HK.

You can run but you can't hide. Face the music guys!!!!

I mean to say, have you all looked at the so-called Management Team (???) and how many of them there are... what the hell do they do each and every day???

And check out the ADMIN costs... alone these 6 items total $5,400,000 in a year...that's an incredible $104,000.00 per week..... PER WEEK!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

Wages at $1,700,000 per annum.... that's $33,000 per week
Rent at $584,000 per annum.... that's $11,000 per week
Travel at $502,000 per annum.... that's $10,000 per week
Legal at $580,000 per annum.... that's $11,000 per week
Other at $1,175,000 per annum.... that's $23,000 per week (OTHER?????)
Consultancy Fees at $876,000 per annum.... that's $17,000 per week.

And for what are these costs attributed to ..... what have we to show for this obscene amount of spending.....absolutely nothing..... some pretty ordinary drill results here and there and that's it.

Nothing promised has been delivered..... empty promises... missed deadlines...endless capital raisings...massive share dilution...

If this isn't a sham, then I'll bear my ass in George Street.
