    Is it really a downgrade though?? Compare it to GEM's historical earnings breakdown and the same trend is obciously evident. 1st half earnong for Gem have almost exclusively been lower than the previous years second half earnings. I am of the same mind as you, I think this is huge value but am hesitant to increase exposure due to a lack of 'runs on the board" so to speak from management..
