I don't know R100. The Deloitte report is a bit baffling to me. I'm neither a finance person nor a corporate layer; just a lay investor trying to make head or tail of the situation.
E.g. under definitions FORTRESS is defined as Fortress Credit Corporation (II) Pty Ltd. Whereas everywhere else it's "Fortress Credit Corporation (Australia) II Pty Ltd". Same company???
'5.2 Charges' reports there was a Fixed & Floating charge registered on 6-jun-07 to "Fortress Credit Corporation (Australia) II Pty Ltd" But no indication of the split.
Conversion was over Young Village Estates (YVE) and OPI Pacific Investments (PAC). '8.1.6 Contingent Liabilities' indicate Fortress's security over YVE & PAC is currently $37.53M but I can't see anything that confirms what the value of the conversion was when executed.
