ONE which Frank Sources quite likes is finally on the move. That's Highlands Pacific. Gold-copper-nickel play in PNG. The stock would be well north of a dollar if it was near Kalgoorlie. But it carries PNG risk.

Highlands' massive Ramu nickel project is attracting a bit of interest. It's wet tropical laterite (easy to mine). Ready to press the button on production of 32,800 tonnes of nickel a year and 3200 tonnes of cobalt. A big partner for the project would be the go for Highlands, might give them a free carry of 15-20 per cent.
