    Hi Guys,

I think the gain in HIG is multi-faceted.

Firstly, the last two QR's are now showing that Ramu is cash flow positive to the extent that at these production levels and prices for Ni-Co that the large debt burden can be paid down.

Secondly, Ni-Co is getting a lot of attention in the spec end of the market and I have noticed that the media pieces are now really pushing Ni sulphates (which Ramu produces) as the next big winner from the EV theme.

Thirdly, Ni prices have spiked in recent times, even in the last 24 hr they have jumped and, as I write this, are at US$5.71 lb.

This will further move Ramu to a cash positive situation and thus allow more debt to be repaid. Given that HIG have written down the value of Ramu due to low Ni prices, the reverse could also well apply.

HIG is one of the most leveraged vehicles, in production, out there for rising Co and Ni prices IMO.

    Cheers
    John
