    Now, I am no technical analyst (which will soon become apparent) but I have read some TA people talk about "gap filling" and so have had a look at the HIG 10 Year chart - and it seems to me that there is a gap to be filled above 46.5cents.

    And after today's announcements the fundamentals seem to support that too.

    Can anyone do a better TA ?
