don't understand why Ch 10 went down this truth defence relying on such a witness who is doing them no favours at all.

she claims she was drunk by the time Bruce even showed up, then ...



the story was supposed to be that Bruce plied her with drinks costing $16 with the aim of getting her drunk.


now, can't definitively say that she didn't remove her own dress.

IMO, Ch 10 would have been better claiming that they didn't identify him and that identification came through other sources.
