Thats true, which is why the culture in Canberra should be named and shamed when it reveals itself. The rape of a young staffer by a predator in Parliament House should be publicised every time. So should Ministers literally kicking their girlfriends out of bed because her phone rang, or MP's pissed and laying in a gutter, or orgies in prayer rooms, or males masturbating on female MP's desks, or Prime Ministers needing to ask his wife how a young girl would feel after having been raped etc etc. Yes it's a grubby place full of grubby people.
