I don't think there will be a jury to protect him this time as it is a civil case. It is so easy to create a mistrial..............There are now 3 outcomes available to high profile cases in jury trials..

1. Guilty as charged....go to gaol.
2 Innocent..........Walk free
3. Mistrial ............Walk free.

The odds in your favour of walking free just improved out of sight. Just create a mistrial without any penalty.. easy as.............
