@Sailor FNQ; it wasn't Brittany Higgins' decision to refuse yet another trial at which the accused could not be required to provide answers re the allegations against him.
If Higgins decides to make herself available for this defamation case the person she alleged raped her will no longer be able to assert innocence then refuse to answer questions.
Clearly, Australia's legal processes have already failed miserably and we're now seeing just how different it is when those with deep pockets slug it out in the public gaze rather than an Aussie Battler vs a very well-connected mutli-millionaire Minister of Parliament.
