Probably nothing like the Reynolds husband matter given there is a section of the recorded discussion about writing a medical report draft for a doctor ... of course its something that needs to be thrashed out but on the face of it we have a scandal.
I assume the original recording was captured on a phone and will have a time stamp along with other phone data such as location confirming the recording authentic.
We are talking about accusations against a practising lawyer. Not so sure how far a secret recording will take the matter.
