I should have used the "plausible" not "logical", it could have happened. Only a small % of population would think that is a good idea, like the guys and gals that used to streak at the cricket.... not equating the 2 events, but people do come up with ideas.

I would also hope Brittany and Bruce are treated the same way on the witness stand, irrespective of their sex or gender, I have my doubts.
