Wouldn't you rather have your remaining 90% RISE than hoping for a fall so that you could buy back your 10% (plus a few more)?? And who's to say it would stop falling once you bought back your 10% @ 9.5c. Be careful what you wish for. I could understand your argument if you had sold MOST of your holding and hoped for a retrace which didn't happen, but 10%???
