All good defendable points. $1.59AUD though for others reading along is not used as an acquisition baseline figure, I'd guess and take around $3.00 as there would be a bunch of near-term agreements and joint products coming to market to figure in for future earnings for financial consideration. Fundamentals like EBITDA multiples for pre revenue companies cannot be applied. Its what we have, whats in the pipeline and what it can be. As another poster refers to, the risk has been completely reduced along the journey. SP is a lagging indicator. The next bit will be exciting in whatever form it takes. Whether we are posturing for NASDAQ listing due to meeting requirements soon (only take announcement of a 5 year license and thats in the bag) or being acquired.............all good outcomes.
