if we are to get one of those 'close' deals, ie revenue for us, would a potential buy want to be in the middle of that or wait. or brn knowing a TO bubble was about to hit, be wanting disruption to the 'close' deal? seem bad timming for either.
and if rumour has it, then why a CR at this time? as we still have enough to burn for a bit anyway.

patents protection has always been my focus, as an IP compnay we need that to be happening, yet we hear nothing about this, nor who we might have given a rap over knuckles too. seem to me that there is very much over lapping in the area of patents and AI, as we claim to be the leaders, how come we aren't seemingly cracking down on such issues. ...or don't wont to be seen in a legal brawl were we don't want to spend millions defending
