At the end of the day money talks so unless either company can prove that the IP they have will be able to generate cash flow and profit into the future their IP isn't worth a damn….
We may each of course have our own ideas on what the IP is worth (I have mine for ADO and AHZ) although as I said, the facts and figures contained within the financial reports will be the final arbiter.
History is replete with the next greatest things amounting to nothing, potentially disruptive technologies falling by the wayside….
