Is it just me or is DML not seriously addressing the issue of high costs? Average costs of US$3.69/lb for 6 months to Dec '13, where copper was around US$3.3/lb. Compare this to BFS costs of $1.28/lb of copper. I havent accounted for silver her as Im not sure of the silver weighting in the cash cost.
I think the problems stems from the variance between the grade control resource model and the BFS resource model.
They have known this for a while now and are still TALKING about a new resource model. It sounds like they have "given up" and will keep going with the pit as is, and fast tracking Zeta UG in the hope of higher grades?
