    So you are betting that interest rates will keep dropping leading to continuing multiple expansion.

    That is THE only reason tech has outperfomed over the past decade

    At some point that WILL stop ....

    It HAS happened in the past when tech companies were priced extremely high (I am not even thinking of the tech bubble in 2000) and then massively underperformed the market.
