Your definition of "hope" I believe insinuates a crossing of the fingers that the Geologist team has the capabilities to find commercial gold. I believe they have a reasonable track record and with these funds they should have a better than normal probability of success. I believe they have added another Geologist to the team, appointed from Atlas Iron I think?
I agree on the Admin. It is a joke and they did have unrealistic expectations. This I believe is being addressed at the moment by Don Taig. Will it happen overnight. No. But the starting gun was fired with the CEO stepping down. In my opinion substantial cost savings will come from this alone.
I hear you about the costs and the pog. I was banging on about it last year. This is why I believe we are down here sub 3cps with an EV of around $50m. If there was no change I would be long gone but this is in my opinion is where the upside is and it could be a hell of a lot from here if they get it right.
