i have made calls to SI yesterday and checked newspapers...no one is aware of RM or KB Axiom lodging papers with Hogh Courts.
however, SIG and everyone in the legal system is aware of RM tricks ans what he is known for Lodging with out merit Judical Reviews against Japanese, Chinese, Australian, and Mines. Axiom never won a case in SI , never will and he own the governemnt over 20mln not to mention local businesses.
