A google search has revealed that the State of Victoria's appeal (Case M83/2015) against the decision of the Victorian Supreme Court (Appeal Court) in favour of Tatts Group is set down for hearing in Canberra next Tuesday (10/11/15). The date could change depending on listing issues, but at least we are getting close to a result. You might remember that Tatts was awarded $540m damages and the Victorian Govt has appealed against that decision. Possibly a big week coming up for Tatts and its shareholders. No downside on a loss (money has never been factored in), but a huge upside with a win. Watching eagerly.
