high court blocks malaysia refugee swap deal

The Australian High Court has blocked the government's asylum seeker-refugee swap deal with Malaysia saying it's invalid.

The point I would like to make is not about refugees (who have a point) or those who do not want refugees here (who also have a point).

The point is how can a government, with armies of lawyers at their disposal, not realize that this is a possible, and indeed a likely outcome? I am staggered, every single thing Julia and Co did is a total and utter disaster. From pink bats to mining tax to carbon tax and the list is not over yet. It's a farce.

And I am not anti-Labor per-se - I did vote for Keating once.

What an INCOMPETENT, BIGHEADED, ARROGANT and DISFUNCTIONAL BUNCH OF LOSERS have we voted in.
