sue it is difficult to overturn ministerial decisions on judicial review even warped ones like this- but if they get leave to appeal they have a much better show than in WACA-end of story-getting leave is always a good sign for merits of the case and the actual appeal will be heard in CANBERRA not PERTH- they were robbed by a DODGY government and this is always tough to overturn -they have done an excellent job of PREVENTING shovelana from being mined-well done! lets all put our hands together for the wondrous government once again well done great job!- and to quote uranium junkie with variation "mining and money dont lie pollies and execs do!"
