The new forms to ARL shareholders from the Link Market Services have arrived because the board of ARL has taken the registry contract from Jenny. Link, the new registry needs to know where to send any money's that ARL decides to pay.
The forms from Armstrong registry services relate to the class action case funded by IMF Ltd. I understand you fill these out if you agree to share in the proceeds of the class action agreement.
Neither of these have anything to do with the High Court case. This case will have little, if any, impact on our ownership of ARL shares, nor on any likely proceeds of any other litigation. It's more of academic interest really....
