Somehow WEC will have to reduce costs and I doubt directors would agree to work for nothing for a year - mind you, I'm hoping they will. WEC's ongoing SICC costs were paid on an as you go basis so the remaining costs will not be high. The SICC costs even if WEC has to pay both sides would not be that damaging. The only hope is SICC in the next meeting agreeing on each sides legal costs will see both sides responsible for their own costs - that's hope - that on the basis that White Energy won Tranche 1 and 2.
