WEC was more risk less rewards at 16c before the court decision. Less upside. Uncertainty of court decision

Now certainty of court decision. The price has more than reflected court decision. Price is 90% cheaper. It’s way oversold.

The uncertainty or risk lies in successful appeal or other good news.

Hence less uncertainty. Less or same risk. No money lost for new entrants. Much greater upside potential. Ie 10x more than before in the LR given price is 10x cheaper.
