    Given WEC have over $32 Million in debt fully drawn down and a cash balance of only $1.4 Million, i personally cannot see any other option but for the administrators ?......
    This appears to be a serious situation now, the stock IMO will easily drop into the 1 cent range which i believe will indicate the end is nigh...?
    ...
    This is such a sad situation, and i do feel sorry for management and Long Term holders.. ...
