once again the right wing policies of the howard regime have been ruled unconsitutional by the high court. aidswatch didn't toe the howard line - they actually criticsed their aid programme, so howard and his idiotic cronies tried to get their status changed from charity to political lobby group and thus lose their tax status.
guess what - they are a charity
this is what happens when we allow the looney right into power - they think they can do what they like to anyone who questions them
may it never happen again - we must always protect our freedoms against these extremists on the right who wish to silence us
